We strongly recommend your purchase insurance. If an order goes missing in the post or is damaged we cannot be held responsible. All domestic orders are shipped with a tracking number (excluding Milk kefir with free postage option). If your order seems to have been delayed please contact us. We are happy to follow it up with the Post office. However once it has left our hands we can no longer take responsibility for it. We do get missing items and the Post office offers no compensation unless it has been insured. Please contact us for a quote for insurance. Insurance also provides tracking numbers for overseas parcels.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Goods must be in an undamaged unopened state. For change of mind we offer a store credit and buyer must pay return shipping costs. If the return is due to an error on our part we offer a full refund. We will only pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure the product is allowed into the country and meets that countries quarantine rules.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

All Blushield products carry a warranty period of 1 year. This covers factory defects or faults. This does not cover misuse, modification or neglect (dropping) or water damage. If a claim is to be made all postage costs are to be covered by the customer and Blushield Inc. will decide whether to repair or replace product depending upon the fault.

We have a 30 day money back guarantee on all Blushield products, but this excludes sale items, batteries and books. We are 100% sure you will be satisfied with the performance of your product and if deemed not suitable may be exchanged or refunded as long as it is returned within the 30 day period. Product returned should be in original condition and original packaging and not damaged or scratched in any way and be returned by registered mail. Returned product not in resalable condition will not be refunded in full. Any refund given will not include shipping charges already paid. Any returned product that incurs customs charges or shipping costs must be paid by the customer.
