Probiotic Salad dressing
I love salads, even in the colder months. Adding a side of fermented veggies or kimchi give it a real flavour boost and of course,
a heap of probiotics and digestive enzymes. Another way to get a delicious injection of probiotics is a lemon and garlic kefir dressing.
• 1 large or 2 small cloves of garlic
• 1/4 cup Kefir Cheese
• 1/4 cup Kefir
• 1 tablespoon Kombucha
• 1/2lemon juice
• 2 tablespoons Olive Oli
Finely chop the garlic and place in a food processor or blender.
Now add the kefir cheese, regular kefir, kombucha, lemon juice and zest, 2 tablespoons olive oil, and salt. Process until combined.
Drizzle this over the kale and spinach and toss to combine evenly.
