Cheese Cloth for covering ferments and making cheeses.
1 meter of 100% cotton, unbleached, 60 thread per inch, reusable Cheese Cloth.
Can be used for covering ferments such as Kombucha and kefir, cudraining large curd cheeses, lining cheese molds for pressing and bandaging finished cheeses.
To clean the cheese cloth for reuse, rinse the cloth in COLD water after use and wash in the washing machine with mild detergent (an extra rinse cycle is a good idea). May also be boiled to sterilize.
